Web Components 🙌 We have a set of ~40 components and growing being used across seven or so teams. It’s been a great way to adopt new technology into a legacy application without buying into a new framework. There’s been a few teething issues mainly due to our IE11 support requirements and our one team that uses React. Reacts web components support story isn’t the best at the moment. We are seeing great value in having a set of reusable components, to the point where a JS framework might not even be needed to build a application, just use the Legos. I’d say the most important factor for adoption is documentation and demos, we have an internal site for this.
